Rene Marie Russo has been a supermodel, actress and filmmaker in the United States. In addition to her graceful elegance, her continued successes in the film industry can be attributed to her talents as a performer. As a young model, she first began modeling in the 70s. Her popularity quickly grew within the world of modeling. After studying acting Russo embarked on a career as a model in Los Angeles. Russo began her film debut in ABCs drama show Sable in 1987, playing the character of Eden Kendell. Her debut film, Major League was released just two years after. Russo portrayed Tom Berengers 'love interest. She was initially doubtful about her talent as an actor however, the critics were convinced by her consistent performances. In 2005, she went on a self-imposed hiatus. After that, she made her return as a part of the movie about superheroes Thor. Rose Namajunas is one of the most successful female athletes in the UFC. She was an amateur fightr who participated in regional competitions prior to signing with Invicta Fighting Championships. Then she was a part of the Ultimate Fighting Championships. Because of her success in and outside the Octagon, Namajunas has become an everyday word ever since her joining the UFC. Namajunas was born June 29 on the 29th of June, 1992 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to a Lithuanian immigrants family. Rose was a basketball player and kickboxing while growing older. Invicta Fighting Championships made the opportunity to make her debut as a professional at age 18 when she submitted two of her opponents. Dana White noticed this and in December 2014, aged 22, she signed her to fight as a strawweight in the UFC. Rose's career has seen extremes, as well as lows and she's in a position to emerge from it in the top position. Rose was a fighter against Carla Esparza on April 15 in 2015 for the Women s Strawweight Championship. Rose defeated Esparza via a technical knockout in less than three minutes of the Round One. Rose not only won the championship but was awarded Fighter Of The Night. Rose was also able to make MMA historical with her fight because she became the first female to fight in a title fight in any organization of note. Namajunas then went on to win a few other fights. She also beat Joanna Jedrzejczyk two times, which earned two Performance Of The Night awards from UFC.
