Williams was first raised by her father, a Brooklyn firefighter. She was then raised by her mother (who resided within Tribeca Manhattan) after the split of her parents at she was a young girl. She attended Chinatown New York junior high, Chelsea high and Nazareth College Rochester NY. Angel Williams is a 16-year veteran of manicurists who has never been satisfied with regular nail polish.
